Returns, Exchange and Cancellations Policy

We firmly stand behind the quality of our products and know that you will love them just as much as we do. Rokella is a small batch line of textile and accessories. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our hands-on-production all purchases are non returnable & non refundable. We try to represent each piece in its truest form via images and descriptions. We urge you to read about natural dyes and our product information before purchasing to learn about the nature of such handmade products.

We are a brand where everything is produced in very exclusive quantities by hand and in small batches to ensure the best products. We update stock as soon as possible

We do our absolute best to ensure there are no oversells, however should your order be affected by this we will be in close coordination with you to deliver your item.

Our quality control rigorous and each item is screened and closely inspected by our QC team. We do not accept returns in any case, however in the rare event of any production default and a genuine issue, we will be happy to accommodate.

For any quality related issues, please contact us at care@rokellaclothing.com with attached video of unboxing, photo of product and packaging, receipt and description of the case within 5 calendar days from the day of receipt. The item must be in unused, unstained and untouched condition with the original packing fully intact.

We cannot accept returns or refunds after items have been used or washed.
